B) OBIETTIVI DA CONSEGUIRE
1. Competenze e capacità

Using language (grammar and vocabulary), listening, answering questions and reporting on a simple specific topic, reading (scanning and screening), writing, (comprehension and cognition exercises, producing written texts), raising awareness.

2. Conoscenze

Deepening of a multicultural argument among those chosen by the group of teachers and typical topics of contemporary History 

D) CRITERI PER LO SVOLGIMENTO DEI PROGRAMMI
1. Metodi e strumenti di lavoro e di verifica: 

Multiple focus approach, safe and enriching learning environment, authenticity (connections between learning and life), active learning, scaffolding, cooperation. The evaluation is the result of the clil methodology, based on the 4 Cs: content, communication, cognition, culture.

I criteri di valutazione sono quelli indicati nel POF di Classe.

First Period (5 hours)

Votes for Women and the portrait of political women working in Italy and abroad. The First World War. The democracy in the USA

Second period (8 hours)

The Churchill's speech. The Second World War. The birth of the Welfare State during the Margaret Thatcher government. A social problem in a complex World: the feminicide.
